Refunds are processed exclusively by the original seller.
- Replacement support is provided directly by Openterface, subject to our Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy.
Replacement and refund are mutually exclusive resolutions. Once a replacement has been confirmed and shipped, the associated order is no longer eligible for a refund.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
